Protection from fire and water, with models offering up to one-half hour and one hour (depending on model) of UL classified fire protection and an ETL verified waterproof seal.

A continuous 360° jamb and waterproof seal completely insulate the interior from the threat of water invasion. A full-time spring latch seals the unit even when it is unlocked.
